Dwayne's presence gives +50% XP to his whole team during battles, and +50% Skill Exp to everyone assigned to the Hunting or Fishing Camp when he is on that station. Does not apply to any other work station.
Every Man For Himself
During an Expedition or while working with a partner, Dwayne's partners receive +20% penalties.
When Dwayne is on an expedition or sharing a work station with others, his co-workers take 20% more state penalties than normal. Dwayne himself is exempt: only the others around him suffer.
