When William manages to heal another character's Disease, Wound, or Affliction, they both get -15 Fatigue and -12 Stress.
Every successful heal William performs on another character gives BOTH William and the patient -15 Fatigue and -12 Stress. Self-heals do not trigger this.
Health Worries
At the beginning of the night, William gets +4 Stress for each other character (up to 5) with a State over 50.
At night-tick, William counts how many OTHER characters have any one State value over 50, caps the count at 5, and gains +4 Stress per matching character. Worst case: +20 Stress per night if five other characters are each in a bad state. Keep the team's states low to keep William functional.
